Service Contract – Field Monitor – Ahlen Simsim

يسعى برنامج أهلاً سمسم إلى تعيين مراقب ميداني لتنفيذ أنشطة البرنامج. موقع العمل في صلاح الدين (تكريت، العلم أو بلد)، ويقوم هذا بدور مهم في التفاعل مع المجتمع وتنفيذ البرنامج. تشمل المسؤوليات تعزيز التواصل مع المجتمعات من خلال حملات مستهدفة، وإشراف على مبادرات انطلاق البرنامج، والتعاون مع مدير البرنامج لضمان فعالية أنشطة مراكز الشباب، وتنسيق ورش العمل والتدريبات، ودعم جهود المراقبة والتقييم  كما تتضمن المهام الرئيسية إعداد التقارير ومحاضر بالإضافة إلى تمثيل برنامج أهلاً سمسم في مراكز الشباب في ناحية العلم وبلد. إذا كنت مهتم  في احداث فرق وتمتلك خبرة ذات صلة في تنظيم الانشطة وتنسيق البرامج

Ahlen Simsim program seek a dedicated Field Monitor for implement program Activities. Based in Salah Al Dain (Tikreet ,Al-Alam or  Balad) this role plays a crucial part in community engagement and program execution. Responsibilities include mobilizing communities through targeted campaigns, supervising outreach initiatives, collaborating with the Program Manager to ensure effective youth center activities, coordinating workshops and trainings, and supporting monitoring and evaluation efforts.

Key duties also involve preparing reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates, while representing the Ahlen Simim program at youth centers in Al-Alam and Balad. If you’re passionate about making a difference and possess relevant experience in community mobilization and program coordination.
