Ahlen Simsim program seek a dedicated Field Monitor for implement program Activities. Based in Salah Al Dain (Tikreet ,Al-Alam or Balad) this role plays a crucial part in community engagement and program execution. Responsibilities include mobilizing communities through targeted campaigns, supervising outreach initiatives, collaborating with the Program Manager to ensure effective youth center activities, coordinating workshops and trainings, and supporting monitoring and evaluation efforts. Key duties also involve preparing reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates, while representing the Ahlen Simim program at youth centers in Al-Alam and Balad.
