In this role, you will:
- Respond to all resident issues promptly and courteously, in a professional manner, informing management where appropriate and if follow-up is required.
- Prepare resident arrivals and keys, as well as coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and reserving elevators where necessary.
- Maintain resident database, including processing changes in residents, roommates, occupants, guarantors and PAP conditions.
- Prepare resident accounts receivable reports, highlighting and processing overdue and/or delinquent payments, and conducting collection efforts on delinquent accounts.
- Respond to resident inquiries, requests and concerns regarding lease issues.
Inform utility companies of change of responsibility for vacant or occupied space, approve invoices for vacant suites. - Ensure that advance notice is given prior to entering occupied apartments and/or that the resident has authorized entry in advance.
- Prepare mass and individual resident communications, e.g. upcoming events, repairs, management changes, etc.
- Use a computerized maintenance management system and ensure that all service notifications, orders and purchase requisitions are entered into the SAP system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Travel between two locations; you would not be assigned to a single location.
- Other duties within the spirit and purpose of the position, as requested by management.

We would like you to have:
- A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant work experience in a busy environment with customers is required.
- College or university training in a commercial field would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and residential tenancy agreements would be an asset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication skills (listening, speaking and writing)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge of Yardi considered an asset.
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
