This is an exciting opportunity for you to become a key member of ONCALL’s dynamic In-Home Services team.
Reporting to the Senior Service Delivery Consultant, you will be a key driver in the provision of flexible and tailored supports to people with disabilities. Your ability to engage with clients and their families, developing strong working relationships is paramount in this role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing person centred services that enrich the lives of people living with disabilities.
- Engaging clients by understanding their needs and ensuring their profiles are maintained in ONCALL’s database.
- Actively engage with NDIS participants/families, ensuring that all key stakeholders have a clear understanding of their individual funding.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with NDIS participants/families, staff and other key internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaising with NDIA, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and other key stakeholders as required.
Our Successful Applicant will ideally have:
- Have strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with our NDIS participants and their families.
- Focus, prioritise and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of NDIS Plans and service agreements.
- Experience liaising with internal/external stakeholders such as Support Coordinators, parents, Psychologists etc.
