About SEED: SEED is a locally-registered NGO in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. SEED’s mission is to protect, empower, and support the recovery of survivors of violence and others at risk. SEED is committed to delivering quality and holistic approaches, combining international expertise and local know-how to achieve results for the people of Iraq and Kurdistan. SEED’s programming focuses on three key objectives: 1) the delivery of transformational, comprehensive MHPSS services including case management, mental health, and legal services, as well as psychosocial support activities; 2) strengthening the capacity of service providers through education, training, and capacity-building programs; and 3) promoting policy and social change to strengthen the rights of, and protections for, vulnerable groups and individuals through public awareness, technical assistance, and advocacy.

Role of the Job Title: The Service Delivery Coordinator will lead a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and case managers, to ensure high-quality, policy-aligned service delivery. The SDC will provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback; oversee complex and high-need cases; and ensure timely documentation and reporting. They will support daily operations, identify training needs, and deliver or coordinate capacity-building initiatives. The SDC will supervise two service sites, lead MEAL reporting, verify service delivery, and collaborate closely with the Program Manager and technical advisors in mental health, psychosocial support, and case management. The ideal candidate is compassionate, proactive, and experienced in GBV response, mental health services, child protection, and case management services. A strong ethical foundation and the ability to work across diverse cultural and social backgrounds are critical. A strong commitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and teamwork is essential. The SDC reports to the Protection and Service Delivery Manager (PSDM). The position is based in Erbil but requires field visits to Sulaimaniya twice a month.
