Service Delivery CoordinatorJoin a respected company located in prestigious, modern offices in Birchwood as a Service Delivery Coordinator. We are seeking a customer-focused professional to enhance our team.Key Responsibilities:

• Process accommodation requests within contractual KPI timeframes
• Manage property demand and capacity to achieve targets
• Coordinate with authorities to oversee the service user journey
• Ensure timely responses to authority requests within contractual KPI timeframes
• Work with property negotiators to understand property availability in your designated areas
• Collaborate with field, maintenance, and transport teams to meet internal SLAs and contractual KPIs

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be willing to complete a vetting process
• Have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Effectively manage and organize their workload while being a team player
• Show initiative and willingness to learn
• Be capable of multitasking

What’s On Offer:

• Salary of £24,500
• Hours are Monday – Friday, 8-4pm/9-5pm
• Hybrid working: 2 days per week after the probation period
• Full-time, permanent position
