A well known council based in London is looking to recruit a Service Designer to support on a large transformation programme.The ideal candidate with have a track record as a Service Designer, ideally with understanding of use journeys across a council environment.
Working with the Lead Service Designer, through research and analysis you will understand the complex journeys and many touchpoints that affect the experience of users and residents in the council. Working with the wider team across product, delivery and UX, you will be responsible for co-designing the service that will enable users across multiple areas.
You will liaise daily with different stakeholders so must be able to communicate clearly at all levels of the organisation being able to articulate vision into reality.If available to start as soon as possible and happy to commute twice per week to London, please apply now.
