Are you a motivated and driven Helpdesk / Service Desk Analyst looking to move into a role where on the job learning and development is a guarantee?If so please read on….You will be working with real talented team of IT professionals supporting internal staff via their IT ticket system ensuring the smooth troubleshooting of IT related issues. There will be lots of training and development long term for the successful candidate. • You will prioritise and log end user issues and queries.
• Troubleshooting desktop, laptop and server issues.
• Maintenance and installation of PCs and printers.
• Advising internal staff members with regards to their IT related issues.
• Providing both 1st and 2nd line Helpdesk Support.
• Exposure to Windows 2012/2016/2019
• Experience with maintaining and restoring backups in Veeam.
• VMware exposure would be highly advantageous.
• Active Directory exposure.
