The roleService Desk AnalystAs part of a high performing team to provide an efficient, friendly and responsive service to internal and external customers.To receive and respond to requests for support by following documented procedures, providing information to enable resolution or promptly allocating unresolved calls as appropriate.To maintain accurate records of actions taken.First Line Technology support for the whole organisation including supporting staff, board committee members and external suppliersThe role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office.What you’ll need

  • Experience of working with Office365 software
  • Experience in Customer Service or similar role
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Manual)
  • Ability to work well independently, under pressure and in line with our SLAs
  • Experience in complex problem solving, and identifying when to escalate queries
