This is a highly matrixed organization which requires excellent interpersonal skills, persuasion and influencing skills, ability to work on large multi-disciplinary teams with significant amount of varied work assignments. The successful Service Desk Engineer II is responsible to provide processes which utilize the capabilities provided by new information technology and provide optimal benefit to the organization in terms of increased efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the UKHC IT process. | Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of IT technologies including desktops, systems storage, networks, and telephony; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including listening, speaking, and business writing; experience with ITSM solutions and omnichannel contact center development; an understanding of clinical operations and processes. |
