The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting customers with initial technical enquiries, advising on service/maintenance procedures and parts needed. You will liaise with the technical support, customer support and service teams to ensure that an excellent and efficient service is provided. You will order and process parts needed to servicer/maintain customer products and machinery across the globe as well as organising the dispatch and schedule of service engineers.This is a great chance to join a business with a first class training programme in place who pride themselves on staff development and retention.
