If the answers yes, we want to hear from you!As a Service Improvement Officer, you’ll identify service improvements in our operations and processes to improve outcomes for our tenants. You’ll provide high quality analytical support, interrogating data and providing reports to ensure effective continuous improvement of our services. Using your problem-solving skills, you’ll resolve issues and implement learning across the organisation, with a focus on delivering quality, whilst working effectively with your stakeholders.By joining us, you’ll get involved in a variety of projects with stakeholders from all areas of the business, delivering meaningful work that has a real impact on our tenants. We’re seeking an individual with a passion for problem solving, who is able to positively influence and persuade stakeholders. You’ll also have the following work experience:
- Experience of undertaking thorough research to understand a business problem, scrutinising business processes and procedures to identify service improvements that drive continuous improvement.
- Experience of investigating and analysing data in a regulated environment.
- Experience of producing high quality, evidence-based recommendations, reports and/or action plans, and presenting service improvements back to a variety of stakeholders
- Experience of using Excel to analyse large datasets – experience of working SQL and PowerBI would interest us, but training will be provided.
