As the Service Lead and Early Childhood Teacher for our new Kindergarten in Craigieburn, you will oversee a small team of Educators to deliver kindergarten programs that support the wider community and provide high quality education and care to children.
This unique opportunity will provide the right leader with the space to establish and grow an exceeding program with strong ties to school and community. As you grow the service through your community engagement, your team will grow to accommodate the need.
Working to one of the National or Victorian early learning frameworks, you will:
- Develop an educational program that meets the interests and abilities of each child
- Drive enrolments and build the program to include other services that meet community needs
- Create a quality and diverse educational program that sees every child actively participate

About you
You enjoy working autonomously while being part of, and supported by, a collaborative and forward-thinking team. You can develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, with empathy and support at the forefront of your work.
You’ll also bring with you:
- Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood or equivalent Approved Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority qualification
- VIT Registration
- Experience gained in Early Childhood
- Strong organisation and planning skills, including high attention to detail
