We are currently recruiting an experienced Duty and Assessment Service Manager to join us to lead, motivate, support and inspire your team. You will have the drive and passion to deliver excellent services and improve outcomes, to ensure a positive difference and brighter future for our children and young people and their families/carers.
The Role
You will oversee and strategically manage a fast-paced duty and assessment service supported by your team managers, providing clear leadership and direction.
You will embed a high-performance, high-quality culture in leading your service to continually develop their practice and skills, so they can consistently achieve the best outcomes. Through reflective regular supervision with your team, you’ll champion their personal and professional growth and health and wellbeing, ensuring an inclusive approach.
You will have a clear and innovative vision and approach to your service, with the ability to influence, negotiate and collaboratively in partnership working, alongside being a skilled communicator effectively managing change.
