Service Manager required in Plymouth

• Basic Salary circa £40,000 DOE
• £47,000 OTE
• Franchised Main Dealer
• Monday to Friday only!

Our Client, a Franchised Main Dealer, are currently seeking an Service Manager to join their friendly team. Our Client has a great reputation of being a family friendly business, and provides a great working environment. They are very established within the Main Dealer sector and benefits from strong manufacturer support.Our client is seeking an individual with a strong background in an automotive service role looking to take the step up to management.Our client has a strong reputation within the market and great reputation within the local area. Duties of a Service Manager with our Client:

• To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
• To assist with the running for the Service and Parts department, maintaining efficiency and profitability
• To ensure all brand policy and legal regulations are adhered to stringently
• Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
• Assist with the management and coaching of the service team
• Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
• Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.

What our Client expects of their Service Manager:

• Experience within service management
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Have a good attitude to work at all times.
• Strong organisational skills
• Ideally experience within the automotive sector
• Experience with Kerridge is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills
• An understanding of Vehicles and common issues
