The role has been set up nicely with the current Service Manager having contributed to the service for 5 years, leaving you with a foundation to hit the ground running the minute you arrive.Team Managers within the MASH team have monthly supervisions together and the strategic manager has been leading the charge in stabilizing the front door service.
