We are seeking applicants for the role of Service Manager in the Pollution Control Team. You’ll be responsible for leading the team of Environmental Health and Field Support Officers as well as managing the admin team which supports the Service. The work of the team covers statutory nuisance, environmental permitting, air quality, private water supplies and contaminated land.To join us, you’ll need a level 6 qualification relevant to the service and be able to demonstrate competencies appropriate to the Service. You’ll show excellent leadership and negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex projects and programs at a strategic level. You will also bring to the role a commitment to work flexibly, and at a senior level in the organisation, sometimes in difficult situations.To arrange an informal discussion, please contact
