We are currently recruiting for a fast-moving, forward-thinking, and driven Service Manager for one of our clients who own a main dealership site in Norwich. An excellent role where you will oversee, manage, and control the day-to-day running of the Service advisor and Workshop.

Requirements

• We are looking for a candidate who has the energy for this role.
• commercially minded attitude with excellent communication skills to deal with staff and the general public.
• Hands-on and hardworking individual who is happy to get stuck in
• Automotive service background

Responsibilities

You will be looking after a good-sized business with the view to pushing the business forward. We are looking for someone very customer-orientated and someone who is always looking to improve the department. The role will entail looking after a busy workshop; this is a fast-paced and committed department. We are looking for someone who can push the expectations of the department above standards, and improve hours sold while running a professional department and be hands-on.
