The Role:

 

Oxfam GB is looking for a Service Transition Manager to manage the Service Transition Team. They will be responsible for managing the Service Transition processes for Oxfam GB, as well as building and developing the wider team to deliver Change Management, Problem Management and core SaaS products for the Transformation, Technology and International Operations Division.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Strong team management skills and experience developing and delivering service introduction activities across a complex estate.
  • They will have experience working with project teams to set expectations of how to deliver a project into service, and support teams to help accept new services into support.
  • They will also have good working knowledge of ITIL Change and Problem management.
