Objective:
The primary objective of this scope of work is to detail the steps and requirements for setting up a comprehensive vetting platform within AFH Organization enabling the organization to screen, assess, and validate the backgrounds of potential employees, volunteers, suppliers, and partners to ensure alignment with organizational values, safeguard beneficiaries, and comply with legal and ethical standards.

Required Features within the Platform:

• Capability to conduct thorough checks on personal information, employment history, education, and professional certifications.
• Integration with databases for criminal background checks at various levels.
• Implement secure login procedures, including multi-factor authentication, to ensure that only authorized users access sensitive information.
• Automated notifications for various stages of the vetting process
• Robust encryption mechanisms to safeguard sensitive personal information.
• Generate comprehensive reports on vetting processes, compliance, and outcomes.
