About Us:
Jubayer Masud Educational & Charitable Trust is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to improving education outcomes and creating opportunities for underserved communities. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Coordinator (Preference for female Candidate) to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming education.

Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator for our education-related project, you will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and managing various aspects of the project. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of the project by coordinating activities, communicating with stakeholders, and managing project resources. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for improving education.

Salary Range: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month based on efficiency (inclusive of EPF, ESI). Travel and telephone allowances are provided as part of the package; terms and conditions apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and objectives.

Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with project team members, partners, and participants.

Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, identify potential issues, and provide regular reports to project leadership.

Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to project goals.

Budget Management: Assist in monitoring and managing project budgets.

Evaluation and Feedback: Gather feedback and data to evaluate the project’s impact and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

Master degree in education, project management, or related field (Master’s social work will preferred).

Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in an education-related context.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Passion for improving education and creating positive change.
