Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Duration: Contract and Permanent
Location: London UK9 years of overall IT experience Requirement Management Detailed understanding of SFDC Service,Sales Cloud Configuration – Standard Client configuration
Must have 3+ years’ experience as business analyst with SFDC lightning Conversion projects for Service Cloud or Sales cloud.
Only Client Certified professional are eligible for this requirement.
Proven track record of gathering, writing and managing highly complex requirements for large application development projects.
Ability to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert and works within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.
Experience being a Business Analyst for complex sfdc lightning project(s).
Based on requirement study and gap analysis, analyze process/framework anomalies and deficiencies and make recommendations.
Working with Client.com Admin, Architect, and Developer teammates involving customizations and configurations of SFDC objects, page layouts, workflows, document templates, data fields, reports and dashboards.
Elicits, analyzes and validates business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Responsible for the creation of all requirements and process documentation including functional requirements, business process requirements, technical design document, integration specifications and data migration specifications.
Responsible for supporting the client through User Acceptance Testing and any support for defect management during UAT process.
Typically, responsible or heavily Involved in the creation of end user and administrator training material, as well as potentially delivering end user training.
The ability to communicate effectively with business users, managers, peers, project teams.
Ability to adapt to any environment such as working with small or large groups or independently.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines with reliability and accuracy.
