Your Role
Join Vinnies as casual Retail Sales Assistant in Rockdale 2216. Be part of the team committed to providing the best customer service, growing the store’s sales performance and maintaining its position as a great place for finding good quality pre-loved items. You will have opportunities to learn as you carry out a variety of tasks in the different aspects of store operations. Having a good fashion sense and great skills in providing customer service will enable you to thrive well in this role.
Your Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
- Replenish stock on the sales floor
- Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising
- Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
- Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store.
You Will Need
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
- Understanding of fashion and trends.
