An opportunity has arisen for a motivated Shopper Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility and increase sales performance for our client in the within their Retail customer space. The ideal candidate will have a knack for implementing innovative marketing strategies that enhance consumer engagement and boost brand loyalty as well as blow the competition away.The Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement effective shopper marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
  • Manage marketing budget to maximise return on investment.
  • Coordinate with agencies to design impactful promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with retailers to ensure optimal brand visibility.
  • Drive consumer engagement through innovative in-store marketing initiatives.
  • Build and foster relationships within the UK Retail Space, special focus on Supermarkets and Garden Centres

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience and skill-set in a shopper marketing or similar role within the FMCG industry with a focus on UK Supermarkets
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
  • A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to commute to the office in Solihull 2 days a week
