Showroom Assistant(6 month FTC, Full-Time)HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?To support the Showroom team with all administrative, logistical, and product handling tasks. To ensure the showroom and samples are managed effectively, in accordance with business needs.Key responsibilities:Stock Room Organisation, Stock Flow Management, Storage:
- Stock room organisation for all product categories;
- Work with the showroom supervisor to produce regular stock reports and liaise with relevant teams to ensure samples are logged and tracked;
- Making sure all stock is labelled, SKU changes updated in the system, kept in good condition, and safely packed and boxed for send-outs;
- Sample management (information system) – cost, product composition, country of manufacturing, edited options, images etc. to be updated on a regular basis;
- Liaise with market merchandising teams for stock planning and control for seasonal and permanent stock and replenishment;
- Quarterly stock take and reporting;
- Discontinued stock management – updating information system and working closely with teams at dunhill’s manufacturing and archive site.
- Support with PR returns when needed.
Seasonal Deliveries & Special Projects Deliveries:
- Provides support in uploading new season products to information system;
- Process deliveries, barcoding samples using Launchmetrics & JOOR barcoding;
- Clearly sign-post edits and keep aside for storage/ archiving, coordinate with product merchandising to ensure collection is always correct until end of season;
- Assist with PR and Shoot sample requests: manage sample requests from PR and Creative Production team and process associated dispatch, packing, tracking and ensuring safe returns, working closely with the logistic coordinator;
- Support with maintaining the visual standards of the Showroom, working closely with the visual merchandising team on the set up and throughout the season, particularly in the preparation of Press, VIP, Styling, Retail and Wholesale appointments;
- Assist in BOH organisation and Showrooms set up in Milan and London.
Product Enquiries & Product Knowledge:
- Manage product enquiries from other departments (identifying product, checking in stock, and pulling the product);
- Assist Design team with product requests during styling;
- Assist Creative team with product requests/inquiries before and during photoshoots;
- Stay informed of new/ seasonal product and styles;
- Work with Product Merchandising team in updating SR stock versus Product Merchandising mapping;
- Support with stock preparation for Sample Sales;
- Provide excellent internal customer services and positive relationships.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Proven experience with showroom/ sample management
- Natural multi-tasker, ability to change and flex with shifting circumstances
- Discrete, curious, team player, calm under pressure
- Excited by luxury, storytelling, craft, and heritage
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Flexible to travel, and to work varying hours including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Experience with Launchmetrics is desireable
