Job Summary | Manage the technical creation, preparation and execution of clinical simulation programs, including task, high fidelity patient simulator scenarios and virtual reality scenarios. Collaborate with clinical partners to write/program simulated clinical scenarios. Design and develop clinical training and education event content to advance learning goals and learner skills through simulation. Preferred demonstrable experience in simulation specific software (Muse, LLEAP or other) and fluency in use of MS Word and Outlook. Oversee program execution to ensure instructor and learner compliance with program goals and Simulation Center policies and procedures. Manage equipment maintenance, supplies inventory, and learning resources. Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS) desired but not required.
