Their projects span across Gloucestershire.The Role:As a Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of high-value construction projects. You’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the required standards. Your focus will primarily be on commercial and some residential builds, with strong exterior construction experience being particularly valued.Key Responsibilities:Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and devise safe systems of workMonitor progress against the programme of works and report accordinglyCarry out detailed quality inspections and ensure high standards across all phasesCoordinate and manage both internal teams and subcontractorsLiaise with clients, architects, and other professional consultantsSet out the works and maintain accurate site recordsEnsure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered toRepresent the business professionally and maintain excellent relationships onsiteRequirements:Strong background in commercial build projectsTier 1 or Tier 2 contractor experience preferredExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityEffective communicator and relationship builderStrong IT skills and ability to work with modern site systemsFull UK driving license (travel to site required)Valid CSCS cardSMSTS certifiedFirst Aid and Fire Marshal certificatesWorking Hours:Core days: Monday to FridaySome weekend and flexible working may be required based on project needsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, driven Site Manager who takes pride in delivering quality work and is looking to join a respected and stable business with real room for career development.
