Our client, a leading company in the water non-infrastructure sector, are currently seeking a Site Manager to join their team. This is a contract role based in Hunting Bridge, offering 12 months work, starting Monday 6th January 2025.Key skills required for this roleSite Manager – Water IndustryImportantSite Manager – Water IndustryJob descriptionKey Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of workers on-site.
• Ensure that projects are completed to schedule and within budget.
• Maintain high health and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of the team.
• Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Delivery / Framework Manager.

Project Details:

• The project duration is 12 months + on a freelance basis.
• Start Date ASAP

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience as a Site Agent / Site Manager
• Strong understanding of Water Infra and Non-Infra projects – specifically water pipelines or Waste Water Treatment.
• Ability to run all work site and ensure deadlines are met.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Report any issues direct to the Project Manager
• SMSTS ticket is essential.

Experience:Experience of working on a civils Infra and Non-Infra site.
