ABOUT THIS ROLE
YWCA Australia is currently seeking a passionate Social Media and Content Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications Team in our Sydney location. This role is offered on a part time ongoing basis (22.8 hours per week).
The role is responsible for planning, creating and delivering all social media and digital marketing activity for our profit for purpose Song Hotel and Song Kitchen, by:
- Managing all digital marketing activities for Song Kitchen and Song Hotel from end-to-end
- Undertaking copywriting and design of EDM’s
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to contribute to the overall brand narrative of YWCA and embed Song Hotel as a key part of this brand
- Collaborating with the Song Hotel team, especially leadership, on content and campaign ideas, planning and resource requirements
ABOUT YOU
The ideal applicant will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital production, or communications (highly desirable)
- Experience and knowledge of graphic design and video editing software including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in building social media engagement
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels based on trust and collaboration
This position will require the applicant to satisfactorily meet our pre-employment requirements. This includes:
- Completion of a national criminal history check
- A valid relevant state-based working with children permit.
