Have you ever fancied managing an entire company’s social media channels where you liaise with external digital agencies, produce engaging and relevant content on a daily basis? Well. here it is! – We have a fabulous new role for someone who is capable of maintaining a professional company persona as well as creating compelling copy for adverts, product descriptions, and blogs. Hybrid working, 25 days annual leave, fantastic working environment with brilliant people, to name but a few perks!Primary responsibilities of the role:Lead the social media agency in alignment with the company vision, target market, tone, and messaging. Ensure they meet KPIs through monthly reviews.Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Oversee content planning, scheduling, and publishing.Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand campaigns and supplier marketing initiatives.Recommend keywords for paid and organic marketing campaigns and improve copy using Google Analytics data.Manage social media competitions and create content for online products, blogs, and landing pages.Keep the marketing team updated on social media activities and provide coverage support.Present social media strategy updates to the Board of Directors and Purchasing Team.Promote activities internally and to agents/members for engagement.Stay updated on digital trends and practices.It is essential that you have at least a couple of years of recent experience in:Utilising social media tools and techniques, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, and Google Product Listings.Implementing remarketing and display advertising strategies, such as video on demand and YouTube.Tracking and managing ad accountsSEO experience is an advantage but not necessarySkills and experiences we are looking for include:Excellent written and oral communication skills, with perfect grammar and spelling.Strong project management and multitasking abilities, ensuring tasks are completed from start to finish.Ability to secure stakeholder buy-in using tact and diplomacy while keeping deadlines on track.Proficient in various social media platforms.Professional demeanor in interactions with internal and external customersWe want to hear from you if you have a passion and a history of success when it comes to managing Social Media output that positively reflects ROI.
