We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team and help drive our online presence and attract potential candidates for open positions.Job Description: As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, as well as being responsible for creating and managing job advertisements to attract potential candidates on multiple job boards. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, audience targeting, and performance analytics.Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating Effective Job Advertisements: Write clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions that reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position
  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective social media advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilise keywords and SEO strategies to increase the visibility of job ads on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Ad Creation & Design: Create compelling ad copy and visually appealing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective ad spend and tracking the performance of each campaign.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment department, marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in social media advertising platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Proficient in using analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Indeed Hiring insights and other social media reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
