About This Opportunity

This volunteer role is at the heart of how 4WARD shows up online — shaping our digital voice, elevating climate innovators, and amplifying stories from across our global community.

You’ll collaborate closely with 4WARD’s marketing team to edit, publish, and grow our YouTube, podcast, and LinkedIn channels. Your work will help make climate action clearer, louder, and more accessible worldwide.

Create Engaging Videos & Podcasts That Amplify Climate Impact

Help transform raw footage into polished, meaningful content that educates and inspires thousands across the climate ecosystem.

You will:

• Edit event recordings, talks, and founder interviews into clear and engaging YouTube videos
• Produce podcast-ready audio episodes with strong pacing and sound quality
• Upload, title, tag, and organize content for discoverability and consistency
• Maintain a smooth workflow for weekly or monthly publishing

Craft High-Impact Social Snippets for LinkedIn & Instagram

Take the best moments from our videos and turn them into short, powerful clips that drive engagement and spark conversation.

You will:

• Cut short-form clips and reels from long-form content
• Help ideate thumbnails and produce clean, compelling subtitles
• Draft captions that stop the scroll and clearly convey the message
• Prepare shareable assets for speakers, city leads, and regional teams

Support Channel Growth & Insight-Driven Content Strategy

Help us understand what resonates — and multiply it.

You will:

• Track views, engagement, and audience insights across platforms
• Monitor comments and discussions to identify what topics spark interest
• Coordinate with community members to distribute and amplify content
• Share recommendations on formats or themes that drive growth

What You’ll Bring

• Basic editing experience in CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro, or similar
• A strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what makes content engaging
• A good eye for visuals, captions, and professional social media tone
• Curiosity about climate, sustainability, innovation, and creative media
