Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Influencer Executiveto join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day social media activities, managing influencer relationships, and supporting our digital community with engaging and on-brand content.

 

You will play a key role in growing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and supporting influencer-led campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Social Media Management

 

• Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.)
• Schedule and publish content across all channels using scheduling tools
• Plan and coordinate Instagram Stories and other real-time content
• Monitor trends and actively propose new creative formats and ideas
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visuals, and messaging
• Support with basic content editing, story creation, and visual curation as needed

 

? Community Management

 

• Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions promptly and professionally
• Engage with the community to build brand loyalty and boost interaction
• Flag customer concerns or brand mentions to relevant teams

 

? Performance Reporting

 

• Track and analyze social media performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.)
• Create weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations

 

? Influencer Coordination & Management

 

• Research and identify relevant influencers aligned with brand goals
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and gifting initiatives
• Track influencer content and performance results
• Maintain and update the influencer database
• Support in building long-term relationships with influencers and content creators

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

• 1–2 years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Cap Cut, or other content tools is a plus
• Passion for beauty, lifestyle, and digital culture is a strong advantage
• Fluent in both English & Arabic
