They are adept at contemporary marketing strategies and data analytics to foster Duke’s employer brand and drive growth on social media channels among staff and faculty. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other editorial team members and partner with Duke Human Resources and other departments to accomplish shared objectives and support communication strategies and plans.

About the Office of Communication Services:
The Office of Communication Services in Duke Human Resources manages Duke’s primary communications platforms for employees, including the Working@Duke and Managing@Duke portfolios, and supports the communication needs for Duke Human Resources and other Central Administrative Units. The team is the primary storyteller for the workforce, providing relevant news and information employees can use at work and in life, while building a positive workplace culture and connection to Duke.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Work requires communication, analytical and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree program preferable in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Experience
Work requires three years of experience in a business/professional role OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE. Employee benefits/HR practical experience preferred. Must be proficient in computer software and the latest electronic technology.
