Their mission is to design, develop, manufacture and distribute innovative beauty, healthcare and lifestyle product ranges and to be dedicated to their customers and the needs and development of their businesses. They have a great opportunity for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join their marketing and design team. Offices are based on the borders of NW London & Hertfordshire.

Job Role
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our beauty/healthcare and lifestyle retail brands’ digital presence and public relations efforts. This role involves developing engaging content strategies, boosting audience interaction, managing our online community, and overseeing promotional campaigns across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and analytical skills to enhance our online footprint and effectively engage with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute creative content strategies to maximize engagement and growth, focusing on dynamic posts such as reels, carousels, and videos in collaboration with our Design Team.
  • Develop social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement of new and existing brands.
  • Conduct hashtag research and apply SEO strategies to expand visibility.
  • Analyse performance metrics to refine engagement and growth strategies.
  • Manage budgets for paid social advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Direct influencer marketing initiatives and ambassador programs to bolster brand visibility.
  • Craft compelling copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, press releases, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the brand’s tone and messaging.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, including market trend analysis, consumer behaviour insights, and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and oversee PR strategies, including press releases and media relations.
  • Regularly update social media platforms and manage the distribution of press materials.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Oversee all social channels, both paid and organic.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and report findings to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, digital & direct marketing, and copywriting.
  • Experience in the beauty/lifestyle sectors
  • Strong ability to produce engaging content, including reels, carousels, videos, and written copy that captures the audience’s attention.
  • Advanced analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid advertising, influencer partnerships, SEO, and copywriting best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and social media scheduling software (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer).

Additional Requirements

  • Experience working with retail, beauty, healthcare, lifestyle products a real advantage
  • Ability to adapt to changing social media trends and platform updates.
  • Effective working both independently and as part of a team.
