Position Title: Monitoring & Evolution Officer

Job Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Reporting To: Project Coordinator

About Project:

Main objective of the project – the indepth focus of the project is to improve the economic solution of 3844 women and their families through access to relevant social security and livelihood supportive scheme in slums of Ranchi.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop/utilize/maintain templates for capturing all project activities
• Responsible for collecting data points, analyzing and generating various project reports
• Documenting standard operating procedures, best practices, case studies and field research findings
• Monitor trainees placement data and generate reports at regular intervals
• Design & develop community-level surveys & coordination of data collection, compilation as well as analysis
• Undertake field visits to support implementation of the Management Information System (MIS) and identify gaps and provide solutions
• Ensure report & findings are communicated effectively through close collaboration with project team

Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in reporting and documentation in development sector
• Experience of conducting field survey and interviews
• Strong skills in MS Excel
• Strong skills in analysis, critical thinking and reporting to inform decision making
• Good command over Hindi & English language

Salary:
• Salary will be commensurate with the qualifications & experience of the candidate.
