ميرسي كور هي منظمة عالمية رائدة تدعم المجتمعات في حالة الكوارث، في المصاعب، في أكثر من 40 دولة حول العالم، نشارك في وضع حلول جريئة موضع التنفيذ – مساعدة الناس على االنتصار على الشدائد وبناء مجتمعات أقوى من الداخل. يسعى برنامج أهالً سمسم إلى تعيين مدربين لديهم خبرة في التدريب على موضوع المهارات الحياتية وتطوي ر الذات.

1– موقع العمل نينوى مركز المحافظة,الحمدانية وبرطلة 

2- العمر المطلوب 29-18 سنة

3- سوف تكون االولوية للمدربين السابقين في برنامج اهال سمسم للموسم االول والخريجين من البرنامج ممن لديهم الخبرة في الموضوع.

4- تكون االولوية للمدربين من سكنة مركز المحافظة والحمدانية او المناطق القريبة من المركز الشبابي.

ويقوم هذا المدرب بدور مهم في التدريب على المهارات الحياتية وتطوير الشباب. تشمل المسؤوليات تعزيز التواصل مع المجتمعات من خالل حمالت مستهدفة، وإشراف على مبادرات انطالق البرنامج، والتعاون مع البرنامج لضمان فعالية أنشطة مراكز الشباب ، ودعم كما تتضمن المهام الرئيسية إعداد التقارير ومحاضر الورشة باإلضافة إلى تمثيل برنامج أهالً سمسم في المراكز .جهود المراقبة والتقييم الشباب.

The Ahlen Simsim Program is seeking to hiring Coaches with experience in life skills and personal development training.

• Work Locations: Ninwa (Center -Hamadanya)

• Required Age: 18-29 years

• Priority: Previous Coaches from the Ahlen Simsim Program for the first season and graduates of the program with relevant experience will be given preference.

• Priority will be given to trainers residing in Center -Hamdanya, or nearby areas to the youth center The Coaches will play a crucial role in delivering life skills and youth development training.

Responsibilities include enhancing community engagement through targeted campaigns, overseeing the program’s launch initiatives, collaborating with the program to ensure the effectiveness of youth center activities, and supporting monitoring and evaluation efforts. Key tasks also involve preparing reports and workshop minutes, as well as representing the Ahlen Simsim Program at youth centers.
