This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and driving the successful implementation of software solutions that align with business goals.The Software Delivery Manager is responsible for mitigating risks, resolving issues, and continuously improving delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. By providing strategic leadership and fostering collaboration, the Software Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in achieving successful project outcomes and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Team Coordination and Leadership: Lead and support cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring expectations are met and concerns addressed.
  • Risk Management and Continuous Improvement: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and improve processes for better project outcomes..
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Expectation Alignment: Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with project objectives and deliverables.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates and transparent communication to stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Address stakeholder concerns promptly and effectively to maintain project momentum.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Task Assignment: Allocate tasks effectively based on team members’ skills and project needs.
  • Collaboration Facilitation: Foster a collaborative environment for seamless teamwork and information sharing.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track team progress to ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.

Support and Guidance: Provide necessary support and guidance to resolve issues and maintain team productivity. * Process Improvement:

  • Identify Inefficiencies: Regularly assess processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement Best Practices: Introduce and standardize best practices to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate team and stakeholder feedback to refine processes.

Monitor Outcomes: Evaluate the impact of process changes and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement. * Performance Monitoring:

  • KPI Tracking: Regularly track key performance indicators to measure project and team success.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas needing improvement.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide timely performance reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Actionable Insights: Develop and implement action plans based on performance insights to drive improvements.

QualificationsQualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Related Fiel and a strong educational foundation in technical disciplines is crucial.
  • Project Management Certification: Qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are highly desirable.

Experience: Hands-on experience in software development or engineering is often essential for understanding the technical aspects of delivery and extensive experience managing

  • complex software projects, ideally in a similar role.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Desirable:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
  • Experience with specific project management tools (e.g.Devops).
  • Knowledge of AI based solution building.
