• Translate user requirements into actionable user stories, execute estimations, and lead planning and delivery initiatives.
• Collaborate decisively with other developers and analysts to ensure efficient project delivery within the team.
• Write robust code in Python, ReactJS, and SQL to meet and exceed all project requirements.
• Employ strong analytical skills to swiftly solve complex problems and challenges.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong expertise in programming languages and frameworks, including Swift, ReactJS, Docker, Django, Python, and HTML5.
• In-depth knowledge of relational database management systems, particularly MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows command line interfaces.
• Solid understanding of user interface design technologies.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and numerical communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with HR packages/databases.
• Independent self-starter capable of operating within defined guidelines or processes. – Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive application documentation.

Experience, Qualifications, and Other Requirements Specific to the Role:

• Essential: Relevant degree or equivalent.
• Desirable: STEM degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a software developer.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of data integrity and security concepts as they pertain to development.
• Understanding of ITIL principles.
• Comprehensive grasp of software development processes (SDLC).
