End Date Tuesday 16 July 2024Salary Range £45,954 – £68,931Flexible Working Options Hybrid WorkingJob Description Summary .Job DescriptionJOB TITLE: Software Engineer – Stockbroking Lab (.Net & ASP)SALARY: The salary banding for this role is £45,954 – £51,060LOCATION: Leeds or EdinburghHOURS: 35 hours, full timeWORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.About this opportunityAs a Software Engineer within the Stockbroking Lab, you’ll collaborate with agile teams to drive iterative change safely for the Group and our customers. You’ll work on a variety of initiatives, ensuring that the products we deliver meet quality standards and positively impact our customers. Your role will involve turning requirements into actionable stories, managing code changes, and contributing to the production release process.Key Responsibilities:Participate in agile ceremonies (daily team synchronization, backlog planning, prioritization, and retrospectives)Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Customer Journey Managers, Product Owners, Technical Delivery Managers and other Software EngineersSupport build and test processesAssist with live planning and address service incidentsProductionising code via our DevOps pipelineApply problem-solving skills to find innovative solutionsYou must be happy to support the on-call rota for applications within your area of technical expertise.Why Lloyds Banking GroupOur focus is to ensure we’re inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
