A well-established organisation are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to coach and lead a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver CRM and marketing automation solutions for their “Customer Engagement” product stream, using Microsoft Azure and Dynamics tech stacks.This is a permanent role, where you will be required to spend 2-3 days per week in their modern office in Surrey, and can spend the remaining time working from home.In this role, you will demonstrate Agile principles and Engineering excellence, performing the role of Scrum Master for the team. You will ultimately enable the delivery of high-quality software products and solutions for “Customer Engagement” purposes, built on the Azure and Dynamics platforms. These solutions will aim to drive customer retention and improve customer experience, which is absolutely essential for this business.This will involve developing close working relationships with your own team (including Devs, BA, QA etc.) key internal business stakeholders and marketing agencies, to enable the effective delivery of fit-for-purpose solutions.This role would be well-suited to an experienced Software Engineering Manager with a natural curiosity and problem-solving mentality, who is driven to deliver the best possible solutions and outcomes for customers.Requirements:

• Strong background in Agile Software Engineering – ideally including .NET C#, App Services and Azure API Management Services
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams of skilled Software Engineers with excellent people management skills
• Experience of CRM application development and/or delivery of marketing automation solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 Service and Marketing would be highly desirable, but not essential
• Good knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks, with a desire to perform the role of Scrum Master – though you don’t need to have done this before
