A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500, Lexcel accredited, award-winning firm who are highly respected and are proud to be the trusted advisor to a wide range of clients, including FTSE 350 companies, public and private sector organisations, charities and high net worth individuals.You will be joining one of the leading property law firms in the South East whose unique combination of first class technical expertise, commercial approach and in-depth understanding, really sets them apart from anyone else.As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be used to dealing with your own full caseload of commercial property to include:

• Sales and purchases
• Development
• Landlord & tenant
