Outstanding opportunity to develop your career with a recognised Legal 500 law firm who are actively recruiting for a Senior Solicitor to lead their Private Client department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing law firm where there are genuine career prospects on offer.You will be responsible for managing your own caseload with autonomy. The work is high quality and varied, and will involve working with HNW and some elderly clients. Day to day responsibilities will include dealing with:

• Wills
• Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax
• Trusts
• Probate
• Court of Protection
• Long term planning for care and IHT

There are genuine career development opportunities on offer and you will have the opportunity to quickly progress towards Head of Department within a short period of time. Team management skills will be important for this position as you will be expected to manage you own small team.Ideally this role would suit a qualified Solicitor or CILEx with 4+ PQE, with experience in business development as the firm place great importance on maintaining existing clients and building new relationships with clients and growing the department further.This is a very exciting time to be joining the firm and you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the department.
