Our client, a long-established law firm in Essex, is seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join their dedicated private client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to further their career within a reputable firm committed to providing high-quality legal services.Position Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in the Wills, Trusts & Probate team, advising clients on a wide range of private client matters and contributing to the firm’s ongoing success in delivering exceptional client service.Responsibilities

• Advise clients on simple and complex Wills
• Assist with Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Handle Probate and estate administration
• Advise on trusts, IHT, and estate planning
• Provide guidance to elderly clients

Requirements

• 3+ years PQE in private client work
• Strong technical and client management skills
• Personable, compassionate, and confident approach
• STEP qualification preferred
