Our client, a leading multi-service regional law firm, is seeking a driven Property Litigation Solicitor to join their expert team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to advance their career within a highly regarded law firm known for their quality legal advice and client service across the UK.Position Overview
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role within the Property Litigation team based in Bedfordshire, working on a broad range of complex commercial and residential property disputes. You’ll work closely with the Head of Department, as well as managing your own caseload with a level of supervision tailored to your experience.Responsibilities

• Provide specialist legal advice on a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes
• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, acting for property owners, landlords, tenants and developers
• Deliver exceptional client service, working effectively with clients and third parties to achieve the best outcomes
• Assist the Head of Department on complex property litigation cases
• Proactively contribute to the growth and success of the Property Litigation practice

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE
• Previous experience in property litigation or commercial litigation with a desire to specialise
• Strong technical knowledge of property litigation matters and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Ability to effectively manage a varied caseload and competing deadlines
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
