We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Lexcel accredited law firm working within their busy commercial property department, and this position offers a significant career opportunity due to the quality of work and the exposure to clients.Our client have extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property, working with a range of properties, from single units through to large developments. You will handle a mixed caseload of matters to include:

• Business Acquisition & Disposals
• Leasehold Land
• Development
• Finance & Security
• Infrastructure & Utilities
• Agricultural & Rural Land
