We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join a highly regarded multi-office private practice and this is an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing litigation team where you will handle a diverse range of insolvency cases, working with both businesses and individuals.Position Overview
As an Insolvency Solicitor, you will manage a mixed caseload of insolvency matters, providing advice and support to clients in complex and often high-stakes situations. You’ll work with a talented team in a collaborative environment, handling everything from corporate restructurings to personal insolvencies.Responsiblities

• Provide high-quality legal advice in insolvency law to both businesses and individuals
• Manage a diverse caseload, including bankruptcy, liquidation, and corporate recovery
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive solutions
• Work alongside senior lawyers and assist in business development efforts
• Use innovative legal technology to provide cost-efficient and effective solutions

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in insolvency law
• Technical knowledge of insolvency procedures, corporate recovery and restructuring
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• A proactive and team-orientated approach
