With a growing network of offices and a fantastic region-wide reputation, this firm is on an exciting expansion journey – and they’re looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to be part of it!Joining a busy conveyancing department, you’ll manage a mix of transfers of equity and residential sale and purchase files from instruction to completion. You’ll also play a key role in helping to maintain a positive, collaborative working culture.Responsibilities

• Handle transfers of equity and a range of sale & purchase transactions from start to finish
• Play a key role in delivering excellent client care, responding promptly to queries and ensuring that clients are kept informed at every stage of the process
• Contribute to a positive and high-performing team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge

Requirements

• 1-2 years PQE as a Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor
• Solid knowledge of property law and the residential conveyancing process
• Excellent business development skills with a positive attitude
• A friendly, approachable professional with a genuine passion for client care
