We are seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join a reputable team of a very successful private practice. This is an area of continuous growth and there’s plenty of good quality work with opportunities for development and progression.Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Planning, providing clear and practical guidance.
• Manage probate cases and guide clients through sensitive legal processes
• Draft and review Wills and Trusts, with a focus on tax, succession and wealth planning
• Build long-term client relationships through compassionate and professional service
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the team’s success while managing your caseload effectively

Requirements

• Ideally, you will have 2-4 years PQE with strong experience in Wills, Trusts and Probate law
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and contribute to firm growth
• Positive, team-orientated attitude and collaborative spirit
