We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor working in Property, as part of the growth of a very successful team. Working with a variety of clients you will build interesting and retainable business relationships.Able to communicate effectively with wealthy clients, the work will see you managing large transactions, supporting the growth of property portfolios, and we are seeking an experienced person able to co-ordinate and advice on matters to include:Freehold and leasehold
Acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and Tenant
LeasesIf you are a strong negotiation, experienced in leases, drafting documents and considering the risk to your clients, this is a very good opportunity to develop your career in a pro-active friendly team environment.
